A starting programme designed to break persistent patterns and establish a strong internal foundation. Ideal if you’ve felt stuck for some time and want to rebuild clarity, confidence and forward momentum. Best for: Getting unstuck, building momentum, restoring confidence
Cancellation Policy
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the booking system or payment link provided. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or non-attendance (“no-shows”), will result in the session fee being forfeited. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be shortened or cancelled at the Practitioner’s discretion, and the session fee will not be refunded. Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated. International clients are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees
